Hello everyone!
I apologize for not posting for awhile.
I've been busy getting my affairs in order so I may leave for Elizabethtown PA at the end of the month.
I'm moving there to be with the love of my life Patti.
I've been running in an attempt to trim down soI can look good for her.
By the time I'm finished with tomorrow's run I'll be in the twenty plus mile range.
Not to bad for starting back up last month after a half a year layoff.
Everyoneenjoy what today is holding for you.

Thursday's Sunny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello everyone!!
Today is indeed Thursday and with that said I'm planning my future with Patti.
Yes, I understand that this occured rather quickly however when someone knows that the other person is the one then you can't argue with it you just go with the flow.
Today is some ab work followed by another 4.50 miles tomorrow.
Every enjoy it being close to the end of the work week.
